When Art and Chocolate get Married
Ravieli: a New Delicacy for Sweet Lovers
The Ravieli were created by the painter Marie Vieli who plays with her surname and created the prototypes. The latter are coproduced with the chocolate maker Jorge Cardoso twice world champion of chocolate sculptures.
Cut up in a sheet of unleavened bread with special scissors, their shape with jagged edges is reminiscent of ravioli!
To taste Ravieli, place one in your mouth and let it melt gently for 5 seconds. When the insipid unleavened sheet has disappeared, the chocolate will reveal its gorgeous and powerful taste.
Marie Vieli also created the painting reproduced on the lid of the Ravieli chocolate box.
From September 27th, Ravieli can be purchased in Jorge Cardoso’s boutiques in Fribourg and Lausanne. (www.jorge-cardoso.com)
